From the East - Exeter, Bristol and beyond ……..

Take the M5 to Exeter and then follow the A30 past Okehampton and Sourton to Lifton.  Exit the A30 at Lifton, you will pass our local farm shop – Lifton Strawberry fields on your left, continue through the village of Lifton passing the Arundell arms hotel on your left.  At the bottom of the hill after passing over a bridge take a right turn to Chillaton/industrial estate,  continue over a small bridge and  you will see a house straight in front of you, ( you will carry on up this hill for a few miles), bear left and follow the road up the hill, do not turn off this road  the road levels out before dropping down a hill prior to the final ascent to a crossway signposted to Kelly,  that is Borough cross. Do not turn here, but continue along the same road for 50 metres more and Borough Farm entrance will be on the left through  black iron gates. There is a viewing mirror opposite the gates and red gingham cloths on our free range eggs stall.

Proceed past the house and through the yard where you will find a parking area.  Further instructions will be posted at the reception door.  To orientate yourselves to the farm have a look at the farm map on the information section of our website.

Please do not use satellite navigation for the final part of your journey as you will end up in Kelly village which is not where we are located. !  around ten properties share the postcode and they are widely spread in this rural area .

From Cornwall to the west
Take the A30 past Launceston,  exit at the Lifton junction and  turn right, follow signs towards Lifton village, then follow the instructions as above.

From Tavistock  and Plymouth

Take the road through lamerton from Tavistock – past  Tavistock hospital,  proceed through Lamerton village,  about 1 mile from the village you come to carrs garage at a four cross way – turn right here,  proceed until the next turning to the left ,  signed to Kelly,  From this junction Borough farm is 2.1 miles you will come to us after following a single track road,  look out for a viewing mirror to the left and black wrought iron gates to the right.  Proceed past the farm house following the lane to the left, where you will be directed to your yurt :)
