What a year we have had !  Earlier this Summer we were awarded a GOLD award from Green Tourism for our sustainability and care of the environment.  This time last year we were awarded a Silver award from Visit Devon Tourism,  so we could not be more delighted to announce that this year for the 2019 season,  we were given the top award a GOLD from Visit Devon ! beating scores of other Glamping businesses in Devon to the top spot.  This recognition comes after 12 years of providing yurt holidays and perfecting the art of glamping , listening to our guests and constantly improving on our holidays, we pull out all the stops to provide the very best holiday experience we possibly can for our lovely guests.  We believe it is our attention to detail and the small things that we do which make the difference !  Our awards inspector wrote of us ”  A lovely mix of stunning views, lots of space and privacy “.  We were particularly touched that our intention of immersing our guests in nature,  giving lots of privacy and opportunities to re group as couples or families was grasped. It was a deliberate move by us,  provide just two yurts in order that our guests have utmost privacy whilst staying here at Borough Farm.  Less is certainly more when it comes to holidays at Devon Yurt !  We are very fortunate to live in one of the most beautiful spots in the country, with Dartmoor providing a stunning backdrop to the farm.  Our gorgeous rare breed farm animals add to our guests experience with the opportunity to get up close and personal with our woolly, feathered and hairy friends!
