Devon and Cornwall Longwool lambs arrive at Devon Yurt Just in time for Easter.  This little lamb is so rare its breed is now on the critical list – but little does she know and she is enjoying the spring sunshine with a skip in her stride.  We have now finished lambing the ewes for the season it was a difficult few weeks with lots of highs and lows but now seeing the lambs in the field it all seems worthwhile.  Whilst still coming into the barns overnight the lambs are now getting stronger and will soon not need us to watch over them so keenly. The Easter season has been busy with guests here at Devon Yurt and we have had lots of lovely people staying with us – and one lovely pet hedgehog !!! – some have been lucky (Maisy) to see their own lamb being born and we thank you and your family for your help.  The calender is now booking up for the late spring and summer season so if you want to come and visit us for the first time for a spot of glamping  or return to Borough farm as old friends then please do get in contact soon so that you have your first choice of holiday dates.
