What a beautiful late Autumn we are having,  the cold nights have turned the leaves on the beech trees in the valley such a glorious spectrum of Autumn colours and when caught in the golden hour each dawn and dusk the view is stunning.  The pumpkins have now been harvested and are safely away in the barn and a new Devon and Cornwall Longwool ram by the name of the Barron has arrived at Borough and has been since the 21st of October running with the ewes – all seem happy.  Last years shearling rams and mr Fluffy are safely in another paddock and yet another paddock houses the eight lambs born earlier this spring.

We had kept Little Links yurt up for Jack’s birthday party last weekend,  but today it was dismantled and  its wood is safely stored in the barn – the canvas awaits a clean before being packed safely away.  We took a time lapse film of the dismantling today so look out for it !
